couldn't get ticket for tonights game but it was the live game on 5live & it sounded like such a great game (2nd half especially) - still very proud of the lads & everyone involved with AFCB. a good run, shame not to beat the record but focus is now fully on gaining promotion & a win @ walsall sat!!

Not a bad way to end a unbeaten run in all competitions. If it wern't for their cowardly change of keepers we'd of won the match but o'well I'm greatful for finally having a half decent cup run. Now onto other matters, I believe we need to bolster our right mid field area. Fogdan for me is our best option there but even he drifts into the centre too much leaving Francis doing all the hard work. Feeney was supposed to be replaced by Grabban but that hasn't been the case. Just need someone with fair amount of pace that can cross, simple as. Also I think Jalal has just earnt a new contract after palling out some incredible saves that brang back the league 2 promotions days. it would appear that having a man like James around him has probely helped.

If our run was to end then this was the game to do it in. Well done Eddie & the team, I think we outplayed them over the two games. I think Macclesfield were foolish to want to play them next, we would have brought more fans! Maye they see them as more beatable? Roll on Walsall, let's get the run going again! Barmy Army Barmy Army!
believe!
Great game last night. Good comments from Roberto Martinez, but I must say Wigan were very poor indeed. They were a shocking advert for the premier league and thier support was dire. I would rather be at dean court for a life-time in the lower leagues than sit in a barren, empty DW listening to opposition fans take the *****. Also, has anyone seen this story on BBC?? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21035923

^yes, it was on five live and solnt last night and he was in the crowd watching the game. Great new talent on the way to afcb. Exciting times and I would rather be a cherry than latic any day. UTCIAD and now for the league run to continue.
