Hughes is defo what we we're missing in midfield in the past as he held the line in the midfield well, dominant, passing was consistent, can cross, can actually take a freekick. The team did great today & didn't deserve that. Grabban in the second half finally started to pick him self up & finally starting to look the player we were hoping to have signed. Macdonald & Francis had a blinder with Arter & Fogdan looking quality aswell. Obviously Fogdan needs more confidence in front of goal & luck. Cook looks great on the left side but struggled to get back at times. Addison an Elphick had another strong game. McQuoid still needs time to fully recover form. Barnard thow missed a sitter & some chances I would still have in strike over Thomas & Tubbs as he creates chances for himself & others. He's a player that can enhances everyone around him so great for a partnership upfront unless it's fletch :L I would like to see Zubar in right back & Francis in midfield to see how things go as Zubar should really be getting games.

^ I agree pretty much but thought Elphick was slow for the first Pompey goal and nobody tackled or even got close to Howard for their second. We looked much better going forward but again 19 attmpts and a midfielder scores twice. Better, but sort the defence. With all our options going forward we've still not won a game because of letting in sloppy goals...

Tbh honest I can see Pugh being benched :L

Two games against a team made up of freebies and we still cannot beat them. Its all very well creating a hat full of chances but they count for nothing if the end result (before penalties) is only a draw. I am still very concerned!!!
