Moss came through the ranks at Bournemouth before a move to Southampton in 1995.

Moss went on to make 24 appearances in the Premiership for Southampton, before coming back to the team he supported as a boy, initially on loan and then permanently in 2003.

Was part of the side that won promotion through winning the 2003 Division Three Play-Off Final.

Retired from playing in 2008 following a wrist injury and joined the coaching staff under Eddie Howe in the summer of 2009.
