Their third goal is being reported as an OG by Steve Cook. I think that's very harsh to take the goal away from the Huddersfield player, from all the replays I've seen I couldn't notice it coming off Steve Cook. (Nor did the commentary team from what I remember).

Thanks Uttoxeter...good read... always hard to write a report on a game with two shots!

I think we have to put our best players on the pitch, something we have rarely done this year.

Smith, Arter, King, Lewis Cook, Ake, Begovic, Daniels, Wilson have to start every can kind of rotate the others. They have proven an ability to match the very best. We can’t afford to bench any of them let alone three.

I know Eddie believes in keeping a winning team but are Stan, Fraser at right back and Ibe the players for a pitched battle in a gale up North.....

I thought they out fought us but never really outplayed us and the first half was pretty even, just that they converted their chances and Cook missed our second one. I still thought at half time we would get back into it but we never really turned up second half but despite how poor we were they still not create a lot themselves but they did not need to the way we were giving the ball away.

Some of players really do need to remember that against teams like Huddersfield they really cannot just wait for the ball from passes but need to go to it themselves, lost count of the number of times we lost the ball in such cases today.

Must say that the home crowd was certainly one of the best for supporting their team all around the ground we have come across in this league - even if they do use the happy clappers.

A bad day but nothing to get overly worried about I believe.

Neil you've managed to astound me once again.

Your powers of hindsight know no bounds. You would have played King, Arter and Smith yesterday? After the best run in our PL history? Seriously, pull the other one, you're on a wind up now.

That was the same starting line up that won at Chelsea. Please don't tell me you would have started Arter yesterday, I would just laugh!

Teams have off days. It's disappointing but please, no more hindsight starting changes, they're becoming silly now. Everyone in that amazing travelling support would have picked the same team yesterday and drew a sigh of relief when they heard Steve Cook was still in the team so as not to break up the winning/unbeaten team.

If Arter starts again for us this season I'll be amazed.

Even though we played awfully, I feel like we would have kicked on and won the game if that Cook corner routine had went in. They're a nervous team that make a lot of errors, and we didn't exploit that AT ALL.
