Help get us promoted from the Championship and helped get us to middle of the table in the Prem.

Time for him now to be given a 'chance'!?

They have different strengths. Reckon we should play both.

Begovic had a bit of a nightmare, but to be honest the weather made it a lottery for everyone. He didn't have a winning ticket, fortunately Callum did at the end!

I was waiting for this one for long time .
Please do not use weather factor. Begovic has done it under the sun as well.
It is due his body mechanics. I said it before he has pigeon feet and occasionally losses his balance when changing directions. It is just more obvious in wet conditions.

Behave, he also made a couple of important saves, if you want to blame someone, blame Francis for the first goal, where was his marking?, I personally thought everyone was a huge improvement on the previous games and there was passion and commitment even from the likes of Ibe, Gosling had a pretty good game, coming from me, that’s saying something!

He was pooe today, but he's also bailed us out plenty of times recently, which is easy to forget.

And it's not like Boruc shone against Chelsea, is it?

Begovic made an excellent stop just before that error and another good stop shortly after. The game could have ended about 5 each.

Though the mistake was schoolboy stuff, you've always got to take more care in that weather, it's not like Boruc hasn't done exactly the same in the bone dry!

Id say stick with it and focus on the back four in front.

We'll get a chance to have a look at Boruc in the cup again soon as well.

Francis was the nearest player for an easy pass but he signalled to Begovic that he didn't want it so he had to change direction which resulted in the slip.
Just one of those things and as said above ,Boruc has done it plenty.
With how Eddie wants us to play, keepers have to be comfortable with the ball at their feet and sometimes it will result in errors or slips.

What happened for their 3rd goal. Difficult to see exactly how the ball ended up for Mark Huges's latest bezzie, for him to poke ball home.

Boruc had two shots on target to deal with against Chelsea, and no corners.

What's your point?

Yes one was empty net tap in and other 1on 0 break away.
That is my point , but I don't expect you to get it anyway.

So the fact that it was against Chelsea is irrelevant, isn't it?

This is laughable. Boruc did absolutely nothing wrong against Chelsea. Begovic has had a few terrible games, a couple of decent games and a lot of mediocre games.

Begovic today was worse than Boruc has ever been, albeit in bad conditions. But Begovic was also crap against Man City.

Begovic slipped in the wet, as did a number of outfield players, one of those things.
