Cooper and Hollands Can Improve

After yesterdays battlecry to his young strikeforce in the local paper, Kevin Bond is moving further through the team, this time concentrating his efforts on the midfield.

The Bournemouth bosses comments in todays Daily Echo are a tale of caution for Shaun Cooper a player who Bond considers a hot prospect.

'Shaun is an elegant player and one of the best users of the ball we've got. He picks the right pass, is great on the ball and definitely has the ability to play at a higher level.

However he has identified Shaun Cooper as a 'confidence' player, stating the talented utility player can be his own worse enemy.

'he's too hard on himself when he makes mistakes and I think that's something he should try to address because it doesn't help him, it hinders him.'

Bond also took time out to pass an oppinion on Danny Hollands claiming that he thinks the best is yet to come from the midfielder.

'I'm hoping that he will be better next season and I'm sure he will because he gives himself every chance of improving being the type of boy he is.'
