Want to be AFCB's 12th man against Brentford?

The 12th man package is available for AFC Bournemouth's first home game of the 2014/15 season as they take on Brentford.

This package makes an excellent, unique gift for any Cherries supporter.

The 12th man becomes a squad member for a home game, has their name on the team sheet and photo in the programme alongside the first team playing squad.

The full package includes:

Your own squad number
Home or away shirt printed with your name and squad number
Two stand tickets for the match
Presentation photograph taken pitch side with the manager in the home dug-out
PA announcement
Photograph and acknowledgement in a following matchday programme
Your photograph on the player sponsor page with the first team squad members
Your name will also be included in the line-ups on the back page of the programme

COST: 150 INC VAT

Please arrive at main reception for 2pm for a 3pm kick-off and 7pm for a 7.45pm kick-off.

*Once you have booked your 12th man package please email a head and shoulders photo to ashton.mcclelland@afcb.co.uk at least one week before the match to enable it to be included in the matchday programme.

*Please note, that the 12th man cannot choose a squad number that is already allocated to an AFC Bournemouth player.
