Cherries accept Cardiff bid for Grabban

AFC Bournemouth have accepted a bid for Cherries top goalscorer Lewis Grabban from Cardiff City.

The Daily Echo have reported that the recently relegated Premier League side have triggered a 3million release clause that was written into his contact when he signed a new three and a half year deal in January.

Previous reports had linked Crystal Palace, Middlesbrough and Brighton & Hove Albion with a summer move for the 22 goal striker.

Grabban is now set to travel to Wales to discuss personal terms.

RED LETTER DAY
Found a new better Fletcher & now we lose Grabban. We better not mess up our transfers this time round.
