Howe: We have been frustrated
AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has been left frustrated over the past couple of weeks.
Despite the Cherries enjoying a run of just two defeats in thirteen games, Howe has felt his side have dropped points during the crucial end of season run in.
After five consecutive victories over March and April, the Cherries had travelled to bottom of the Championship Yeovil Town 9th in the table and two points off the play-off positions.
But two draws and a defeat has seen the Cherries slip to 11th, four points behind the top six with two games remaining.
With the Cherries goal difference likely to count against them, mathematically the gap following Reading's victory over Middlesbrough on Tuesday night now stands at five points. With Reading, Brighton, Nottingham Forest, Ipswich and Blackburn all better placed.
Howe told BBC Radio Solent...
'...We have been frustrated after each of the last three games.
'We weren't at our best at Yeovil, I felt we should have beaten Sheffield Wednesday and I thought we were very good but didn't win at Ipswich.
'They are three very different games, but we are still there and we will keep going...'
