Cherries face Poole Town

Cherries face Poole Town

AFC Bournemouth's development squad make the short trip to Poole Town this evening as they continue their pre-season preparations.

First team members Wes Thomas and Stephane Zubar have previously been involved in development coach Stephen Purches' squads in recent games, however Thomas has recently returned to action with the first team, whilst Zubar is expected to complete a transfer to League Two side Bury imminently.

Purches will however be taking a look at a trio of trialists with defender Theo Jones and midfielders Charlie Losasso and Jack Bayly joining up with the development squad this week ahead of the match.

Right back Jones has previously come through the youth system at Brighton, while midfielder Losasso was at Reading until he was also released over the summer.

Irishman Bayly has come through the ranks of the Cherry Orchard club in Dublin.

Entry at Tatnam this (Thursday) evening will be £6 for adults and £2 for under-16s.
