'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fraser: I'm ready to deliver

Cherries winger, Ryan Fraser, is ready to replicate his recent excellent international form for AFCB in The Championship next season.

After being hit by a hip injury that limited him to sporadic substitute appearances since joining from Aberdeen in January, the Scottish U'19 and U'21 international, is keen to show The Cherries supporters that he is able to perform for the club in the English second tier.

He told afcb.co.uk:

'I came down here and didn't expect to jump straight into the team. I had to show I could reproduce the form I had from one team for another team.'

Criticised by some Aberdeen fans for moving to a club that could be seen as a step down, the decision to move the length of the UK was certainly a brave one for a young player, but Fraser says he has no regrets:

'I have settled in really well, the lads have helped me, and Eddie and Jason did too, so hopefully this season I can show more of what I can do... It was definitely 100% the best decision and I'm so glad I made it because I'm now going to get to play in the Championship which is one of the biggest divisions in the world, so I'm just really pleased.I wouldn't say I jumped down any leagues coming here to League One but now I will be hopefully starting and being more involved in the Championship which is a dream come true.'

OK ... I have seen a few articles about Ryan now and his possible brilliant potential. Maybe just keep quiet now and do the talking on the pitch. Talk is cheap but performance is what matters.
