Cherries linked with Brentford striker

AFC Bournemouth have been linked with a summer move for Brentford striker Clayton Donaldson.

With Brentford missing out on promotion following defeat to Yeovil in the League One play-off final at Wembley last weekend, talkSPORT have reported that the 29 year old forward is keen to test himself at a higher level.

Donaldson enjoyed a successful campaign in League One last season scoring 24 goals in 56 appearances and that form has reportedly interested not only the Cherries but Wolves, Millwall and Barnsley.

Brentford's fans' player of the year is out of contract in 12 months time and talkSPORT suggest he could be available for around £500,000.
