AFC Bournemouth midfielder Eunan O'Kane believes that the Cherries rise up the League One table is down to the team being flexible.
Over the four months since the announcement that managerial duo Eddie Howe and Jason Tindall were returning to Dean Court from Championship side Burnley, the Cherries have gone on a phenomenal rise up the league.
From a starting point of 21st place with 8points from eleven games, the Cherries have climbed to the top of the League One table over the course of the following 21 games.
The Cherries have taken 50 points from those games and reversed a 19 point lead that Tranmere Rovers had amassed during the first eleven games of the season.
AFC Bournemouth have sometimes won despite not being their best, have sometimes won games through hard work and sometimes through quality.
Howe has also shown that his side can switch between various systems and formations and O'Kane believes that finding different ways to win has been key.
O'Kane told afcb.co.uk...
'...We have got ourselves in to one hell of a position now, but we still haven`t been successful and we have a long way to go to get over that finishing line.
"Sometimes it can be easier when you are chasing people. When you get to the top, it`s you being chased and that brings a lot more pressure. It`s up to us to keep getting results and stay at the top of the league..."
'...We are now finding ways to win games in different ways. We didn`t play as well as we know we can at Crewe, but came away with three points...'
