Howe: Really tough examination of us

Howe: Really tough examination of us

AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is expecting a tough game away to Crewe this (Tuesday) evening.

The two sides recently met at Dean Court with the Cherries coming out with a 3-1 victory.

The scoreline however perhaps didn't paint a full picture of the game with Crewe impressing many with their style of play and perhaps edged the first half.

A tactical switch from Howe tipped the balance in the Cherries favour and the Cherries went on to take the points.

Howe told afcb.co.uk...

"The beauty of this one is that we played them just a few weeks ago, so we know just what a good side they are and there will be no surprise factor.

"For 45 minutes in the previous game, they were probably the best side we have played since we came back and they caused us a lot problems.

"They have an excellent manager and a lot of home grown players who know the system and the philosophy of the club. It will be a really tough examination of us.
