Pugh agrees new Cherries deal

AFC Bournemouth winger Marc Pugh has agreed a new contract to remain with the Cherries.

Pugh has been mulling over a new contract for the past twelve months and was due to be out of contract at Dean Court at the end of the season.

But since Eddie Howe's return from Championship side Burnley last month, Pugh has been in excellent form and Howe had made it clear that he hoped to agree a new deal with Pugh.

Pugh has now signed a new three and a half year contract with AFC Bournemouth, running until the end of the 2015/16 season.

Great news all around. Howe really has made it look like Groves never was in charge.
