AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe praised his side after coming back from behind twice against Notts County to claim a point.
Mistakes in the Cherries defence led to the home side enjoying a two goal lead at half time, with both Jeff Hughes and Yoann Arquin beating Cherries 'keeper David James.
But within five minutes of the second half starting Josh McQuoid scored to get the Cherries back into the game and then Harry Arter dispatched a penalty to get the side back on level terms.
Eddie Howe's side pushed on to find a winner, but then conceded a late penalty which Jamal Campbell-Ryce scored. But County's lead was short lived as substitutes Steve Fletcher and Matt Tubbs combined to score the Cherries third to take home a point.
It means the Cherries are now unbeaten in three since the announcement that Howe was returning to the south coast, with two wins and a draw.
Howe told the Daily Echo...
"I think that gives us a really good opportunity, going forward, to build something again.
"You can`t coach character and attitude. The players here have got something otherwise we wouldn`t have done that in the previous two games...'
"...We decided to change it in the second half but the main thing was being positive with our passing and trying to play forwards where we could, and to get our wide players in the game because they were a real threat when they got the ball early."
