AFC Bournemouth 'advisor' Harry Redknapp has been confirmed as special guest manager for the combined Poole and Wimborne side which will take on the Cherries on Thursday.
The benefit game is for local non league player and fireman Andy Culliford.
34 year old Culliford, who has played for Poole Town, Bournemouth Poppies, Brockenhurst and Wimborne Town has contracted a form of motor neurone disease which is a muscle related neural disease which has no known cure.
On Thursday 27th September at 7.30pm an AFC Bournemouth side will play a combined Poole and Wimborne.

Wimborne's Brian McIntyre told wimbornetownfc.co.uk...
'...it has take time for Andy to accept he needs help from other parties to help him fight this disease as he deserves the chance of every treatment available. A very expensive drug has just come on the market which MAY help pause the disease and improve his present condition until the medical profession can go a step further and a cure for this illness...'
'...Both clubs are asking their loyal supporters to join the AFC Bournemouth fans to support this cause to help Andy.
Players from the AFC Bournemouth development squad will be involved in the game and coach Chris Hargreaves told afcb.co.uk...
"It`s a charity game and a favour for Andy, He is someone who is very ill and that`s more important than football, and we will give our all on Thursday and represent the club."
