Addison: We let the town of Bournemouth down

AFC Bournemouth captain Miles Addison believes the Cherries performance at Swindon on Saturday let the management, supporters and town down.

The Cherries made the short trip to Swindon on Saturday and in front of a healthy travelling support, AFC Bournemouth crashed to a heavy 4-0 defeat.

Addison admitted that the players performance, including his own, was not good enough and the players will return to training this week in a bid to turn things around.

Addison told BBC Radio Solent...

"Everyone is embarrassed and we feel like we have let each other down. We have let the supporters, the manager and, most importantly, we have let the town of Bournemouth down...'

"...I don`t think anyone put in a performance that would have been acceptable for the manager, but we`ve got to get together on Monday, look over the video and get back to what we know we can do.

"We are ten games in, we have only lost two of them, and the expectations we had at the start of the season are still there. We know we can turn it around...'

Tbh honest would like to see Addison moved to the right hand side or on the bench as he does look very unbalanced. Zubar should start & much preferably with Cook next to him or give Elphick a go on the left hand side.
