AFC Bournemouth striker Matt Tubbs scored his second goal in as many games on Tuesday night.
But with the Cherries fighting back from going behind inside the opening ten minutes, to leading at half time, the clubs record signing was more concerned with the chance that he missed than the one he tucked away.
Tubbs scored a fantastic header to find the sides equaliser following a great cross from Simon Francis. It was the strikers second goal in two games after he scored his first goal of the season as a late substitute against Hartlepool.
But with Brentford finding their own equaliser during the second half, Tubbs attentions turned to his missed one on one chance to secure the points for the Cherries.
Tubbs told afcb.co.uk...
"It was a case of a game of two halves, It is frustrating because after going a goal down, we came back really well to be ahead at the break but we didn`t capitalise on it.
"They were on top of us in the second half, but we had so many chances and they should have been dead and buried by then. For me it was a case of another two points dropped..."
'...I had the one on one at the end, and to be honest I should have scored four goals in these two games. Missing that chance kept me awake!"
