AFC Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter is excited by former Spurs manager Harry Redknapp returning to Dean Court as an 'advisor'.
Redknapp returned to AFC Bournemouth last week in a non-contract capacity and travelled with the squad to Yeovil before the Cherries won their first game of the new campaign.
The former AFC Bournemouth, West Ham, Portsmouth, Southampton and Tottenham manager will work voluntarily with the squad, offering advice to Cherries manager Paul Groves and will also work with the players.
Arter is looking forward to whatever influence Redknapp can have on the squad after being told by his brother-in-law Scott Parker that Redknapp is the best manager he has ever worked with.
Arter told the Daily Echo...
"...Scottie loves Harry and has said publicly he is the best manager he has played for. For someone like him to be involved with Bournemouth can only be a positive. He will get the respect of the players without even having to say anything.
"It is definitely a plus for the club and, if he wants to give me any advice, I will definitely take it onboard. You can only learn from someone like him."
