Cherries complete pre-season schedule

AFC Bournemouth have completed their pre-season schedule with the addition of a friendly at New Milton's Fawcetts Field.

The game has been arranged as part of the deal which has seen a number of AFC Bournemouth reserve and youth team matches played at the ground and also means that the popular traditional pre-season opener at Hamworthy Recreation has been replaced.

The game will be played on Saturday 21st July and will kick off at 3pm.

The Cherries pre-season schedule:

Sat 21st July, 3pm - New Milton

Fri 27th July, 7.45pm - Poole Town

Sat 28th July, 3pm - Winchester City

Tue 31st July, 7.45pm - Basingstoke

Wed 1st August, 7.45pm - Havant & Waterlooville

Sat 4th August, 3pm - Reading @ Dean Court

Tue 7th August, 7.45pm - Cardiff City @ Dean Court

Wed 8th August, 7.45pm - Wimborne Town

Sat 11th August, 3pm - Bristol City @ Dean Court

Worst pre season fo a long time, no Premiership teams worst of all no game at Hamworthy who have always provided excellent facilities and a good evening out for the supporters.

you have made a mistake reading are in premiership, there is also 2 championship teams there and good sides to! every year we play the lower league sides!its just to help the players get match! people like you need to stop moaning at let them get on with it!

Would of loved to have the Euro cup again but nevermind. Not that pleased with the pre-season tbh because there is too many lower league teams :/
