AFC Bournemouth have completed the signing of Lewis Grabban from League Two side Rotherham United.
The Cherries and Rotherham agreed an undisclosed fee on Thursday which will reported be in the region of around £300,000.
He later agreed personal terms with the Cherries and he has now signed a three year deal after passing a medical.
24 year old Grabban came through the youth set-up at Crystal Palace and has previously played for Millwall, Brentford and Rotherham.
He is comfortable playing on either wing or up front and last season he was joint top goalscorer in League Two scoring 18 goals.
Grabban told afcb.co.uk...
'I'm happy that I've signed here and happy to be here, We've been going back and forth with the club and my agent, and then I came back off holiday and was able to come and talk with Shaun Brooks yesterday. We were able to agree terms in a couple of hours and it was quite swift.
'I spent some time at Crystal Palace and three years at Millwall, and then a couple of loan spells at Brentford and a year at Rotherham, so hopefully I can settle down here and be here for a while.'
'I've played in League One before so I know a bit about it. I had a good season last season and I just want carry on the form I was in and progress again, I've discussed that I will play in forward positions. Whether that's up front or coming in off the wing, I will be playing as a forward.'
