AFC Bournemouth striker Jayden Stockley was pleased to be involved in the match day squad against Leyton Orient on Tuesday night.
AFCB Vital sponsored Stockley was an unused substitute, as manager Lee Bradbury opted to name five outfield players on the bench for his match day squad.
It was the first time Stockley had been involved in the AFC Bournemouth first team since his return from a loan spell at League Two side Accrington Stanley.
Stockley scored three goals in five league starts (nine appearances) during a two month loan spell during the Christmas period.
Stockley told the Daily Echo...
"You have got to be happy when you get into the 16 because the strength of the squad means getting on the bench is an achievement in itself.
"The manager said I had earned my spot through my hard work in training and reserve games. I felt I did well at Accrington and now just want to show everybody at Bournemouth I can replicate that here...'
'...You always strive for success and, since I have had a taste of first-team football, I just want more and more. I just want to do the business for Bournemouth now...'
