The Daily Echo are reporting today that Paul Baker is sending a plea to the Professional Footballers Association to help out on wages front in an attempt to keep the players from revolting.
It has been reported by the local paper that that players have only been paid 60% of their April salaries following three month of wages arriving late and the situation is causing unrest amongst some members of Howe`s squad.
With the season over and no revenue stream into the club Baker has had to ask that the PFA cover the shortfall.
If the wages situation is not resolved the players may well opt to follow in Weymouth footsteps giving the club 14 days notice before walking out on a free transfer.
This only adds to the Cherries woes after it being revealed by the Supports Trust, the club are now being petitioned by HMRC for around 300,000 with a further £100,000 owed to revenue.
Bad times.
