AFCB Supporters Trust Statement

The following is a statement from the Supporters Trust...

'The demise of the BBSU left an outstanding commitment of equipment for the Youth team that was discussed with Joe Roach.

'With the promised funding now seemingly unlikely to be available for the foreseeable future, it was felt that in no way should the youth team suffer from the organisation`s demise.

'An approach was therefore made to the ST committee to see if this commitment could in some way be met. We are pleased to announce that the ST committee have agreed to meet this obligation and arrangements are currently being made to ensure that the equipment Joe wanted will be bought.

'The former members of the BBSU committee would like to record their thanks to the ST committee for the way they quickly stepped up to the mark to ensure that the commitment previously made to the youth team could be honoured. '
