Anderton: I thought it was in as soon as I hit it
Cherries captain and former England International Darren Anderton thought he had scored his second goal in as many matches on Saturday.
Anderton had two great chances to open the scoring, one going just inches over the bar, the other crashing back off the post.
Anderton told the Daily Echo...
"I thought that was in as soon as I hit it, I was shocked it didn`t go in. I think the one beforehand when it came back to me from Bradders` (Lee Bradbury) cross - I think I somehow bounced it into the ground and it went over - I should`ve scored that one.
"But the one that hit the post was a bit frustrating."
