Benjamin keeps fingers crossed
On trial striker Trevor Benjamin is keeping his fingers crossed that he can earn himself an extended stay at Dean Court.
The former Hereford striker, joined up with the squad on Monday and is set for a run out with the reserves at 2pm today (Tuesday) at Dean Court.
AFC Bournemouth manager Jimmy Quinn told the Daily Echo...
'...I don't know how fit he is but I'll be able to tell as soon as I see him whether he's what we're looking for.
'I'll be straight up with him. If I think he can do a job then maybe we'll do something but if he can't then we won't...'
While Benjamin himself added...
'...I've come here initially for a couple of days to see how things go. I enjoyed the training and I'm looking forward to the game. Fingers crossed it all goes well...'
