Kuffour plays down move away from Cherries
AFC Bournemouth striker Jo Kuffour hasn't heard any of the rumours linking him with a move away from Dean Court.
The striker who is one of the highest wage earners at the club had been linked with a move to Bristol Rovers.
But Kuffour hadn't heard of the link before being asked about it by the Daily Echo.
Kuffour told the paper...
'I haven't heard any rumours really as I haven't been in Bournemouth,'
Kuffour went on to talk about his hopes for the Cherries next season...
'...We need to put it (relegation) behind us and get a good start next season. Hopefully we'll progress and end up as high as we can.'
'I played in League Two when I was younger, it's a hard league but if we play how we did in the second half of last season I'm sure we'll do well...'
